Ihre Aufgaben
1. Optimierung und Betreuung photolithographischer Prozesse für optische Beschichtungen
2. Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Experimenten zur Prozessverbesserung
3. Analyse und Lösung von Prozessabweichungen zur Sicherstellung der Produktqualität
4. Dokumentation, Schulung und Überführung neuer Prozesse in die Produktion
5. Koordination von Projekten und Unterstützung bei technischen Kalkulationen
6. 2nd-Level-Support im Bereich photolithographische Strukturierung
Ihr Profil
7. Abgeschlossene Hochschulstudium im natur- oder ingenieurwissenschaftlichen Bereich
8. Erfahrung in der Photolithographie und Prozessentwicklung wünschenswert
9. Analytisches Denken und Problemlösungskompetenz
10. Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
11. Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
12. Bereitschaft zur interdisziplinären und standortübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
