To support our growing presence in Central Europe, we are looking for an HR Project Manager (m/w/d) to join our team. This role is based in Germany and offers a hybrid work model, requiring regular commutes to the nearest site.
Leading and coordinating HR projects (i.e. HR systems implementations, optimizations, client’s implementations)
Creating project plans and ensuring that all tasks are assigned and communicated to the appropriate project members and tracked effectively
Gathering updates from all workstreams to maintain project transparency
Acting as an interface between stakeholders and HR to ensure alignment and collaboration
Reporting on the progress and status of the projects, providing ad-hoc and regular HR reports
Proven experience in HR field (HR projects within transformations, optimizations, digitalization, HR systems implementations, etc.)
Native German language and fluency in English with excellent communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel at an intermediate level and analytical skills
Eager to commute to our German sites and travel for business purposes
