We are seeking a
Digitalization Officer (m/f/d) with a focus on Artificial Intelligence to
join our team as soon as possible. In this varied and responsible position, you will actively contribute to the digitalization of the Hessian financial administration. You will identify, evaluate, and develop digital potential through the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Simultaneously, you will manage projects and budgets to implement innovative solutions effectively and strengthen Hesse's digital sovereignty.
Your tasks
These are your responsibilities:
✏️ Project Management: You will support the planning, management, and quality assurance of generative AI projects from conception to implementation.
✏️ Requirements Management: Your role includes gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing requirements for the targeted use of AI in coordination with stakeholders.
✏️ Risk Management: You will contribute to identifying and addressing technical, ethical, and legal challenges associated with generative AI.
✏️ Agile Methods: You will apply agile project management methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to efficiently implement AI projects.
✏️ Documentation and Reporting: You will create project plans, progress reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Our requirements
What you bring:
A successfully completed university degree (Bachelor's) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Data Science.
At least two years of relevant professional experience in project management, ideally in the field of AI or software development, would be advantageous.
Technical expertise: Sound understanding of generative AI, its applications, and the technical foundations such as cloud infrastructures and IT architectures.
Methodological competence: Experience with agile project management methods and tools.
Communication and analytical skills: Strong ability to analyze complex technical and business requirements in a structured manner, communicate them clearly, and translate them into actionable project plans.
Team orientation: Enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams and leading project groups.
