Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own Vivere’s retail expansion across Germany (with rapid rollout into other European markets). You will develop and execute a comprehensive go‑to‑market strategy, secure national listings with DIY & home‑improvement retailers (Baumärkte), garden centres, pet‑care specialists, and wholesale distributors, and deliver measurable P&L impact.
Tasks:
1. Define and implement a multi‑channel retail strategy for RepellShield, Belly&Paw, and GoNaturals.
2. Build and nurture senior relationships with category buyers at leading retailers (e.g., OBI, Hornbach, Fressnapf) and national distributors.
3. Lead full sales cycle – from opportunity identification and pitch to negotiation, contract execution, and in‑store launch.
4. Achieve quarterly revenue, margin, and distribution targets; report performance via live dashboards.
5. Partner cross‑functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Amazon teams to ensure flawless omnichannel execution.
6. Identify new channel and market expansion opportunities; present data‑driven business cases to executive leadership.
Requirements:
1. 5+ years of FMCG sales leadership experience placing brands into German‑speaking retail.
2. Proven network of senior buyer contacts across DIY/home‑improvement, garden centres, pet retail, and distribution.
3. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of exceeding net‑sales and contribution‑margin targets.
4. Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder‑management skills.
5. Native‑level German (C1+) and fluent business English.
6. High‑impact role with full P&L ownership and direct access to senior leadership.
