Your prospective job:
You are acting as an Verification Engineer / Scrum Master for Embedded Systems (m/w/d) for our client Airbus Helicopters in Donauwörth.
Your responsibilities:
* Analysis of software requirement specifications for embedded systems Definition, adaptation, and implementation of test strategies for software and embedded systems—civilian and military
* Development, expansion, and maintenance of test scenarios, test procedures (automated or manual), and simulation models for integration and qualification tests
* Execution of integration and formal qualification tests on the software test bench
* Investigation of problems and creation of problem reports
* Support with software architecture and design reviews for embedded systems Ensuring software quality and compliance with applicable certification standards (e.g., DO-178C)
* Acting as Scrum Master: moderating agile processes, coordinating sprints, coaching the team on agile principles, and supporting the timely delivery of project results
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including systems and flight test engineers
* Creating and providing software documentation and reports

Your profile:
* Completed studies in electrical engineering, computer science, engineering or comparable
* Completed technical vocational training with further qualification as a technician/master craftsman with professional experience
* Several years of professional experience in engineering and IT/information systems
* Practical experience in software development for embedded systems
* Knowledge of agile principles and practices
* Familiarity with airworthiness processes and certification standards
* Experience in software verification, specification, and agile development (Scrum)
* Business fluent English and advanced German skills, both written and spoken
* French is an advantage
* Willingness to travel occasionally
