You will provide technical guidance, remove obstacles with the team, report on progress, and offer expertise on project use cases. Your responsibilities Manage Jira administration: workflow definition, custom fields configuration, data migration, and import. Support content migration between Jira environments to ensure smooth transitions. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues encountered by the team. Collaborate closely with team members, adopting a proactive and solution-oriented approach. Communicate progress and recommendations effectively to achieve project goals. Profile required Advanced expertise in Atlassian tools, especially Jira (specialist/expert level). Proven experience as a Jira administrator: workflows, custom fields, data migration/import. Experience migrating Jira content between environments is highly valued. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, team player, and client-oriented mindset.
