We are looking for a full-timeManufacturing Excellence Manager (m/f/d) to join our team at ourHeusenstamm location at the earliest possible date.
Key Responsibilities – Your Main Tasks:
1. Standardize & Deploy KPIs:Develop,deploy, and manage a common set of KPIs and Key Success Factors (KSFs) for manufacturing processes, costs, and continuous improvement initiatives across all facilities.
2. Drive Reporting & Alignment:Create standardized, simplified reporting tools for all organizational levels and manage the "Single Site Agendas" (plant gameplans) to track progress against commitments.
3. Support the CI Journey: Assist plants in introducing and implementing the Manufacturing Excellence philosophy, ensuring long-term sustainability for Performance Management, Leadership, and Process Standards.
4. Track Strategic Improvements:Establish measurement systems to identify optimization opportunities, quantify implemented improvements, and track all high-level (Black Belt) projects against the budget.
Your Profile – Qualifications & Attributes:
5. Educational Background & Experience:University degree in Engineering combined with 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment and a proven track record in analytical continuous improvement roles.
6. Methodological Expertise:Strong background in KPI development, project management, and business analysis; a Lean certification is strongly desired (Six Sigma is a plus).
7. Language & Communication Skills: Fluent in English (essential); additional European languages such as German, French, or Italian are a distinct asset to collaborate with our international stakeholders.
8. Mindset & Working Style:Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and analytically minded with the ability to manage multiple complex assignments concurrently and adapt to a 10–15% travel schedule.
