Job Responsibilities
* Define an ambitious hunting plan for the German market aligned with SHEIN's strategic goals
* Monitor market trends and benchmark competitors to evolve the hunting plan and recommend changes in positioning, services, and pricing strategies
* Actively participate and organize networking events to enhance SHEIN's visibility
* Effectively recruit key brands and retailers that could provide a relevant assortment
* Align onboarding strategy and implement it to assure the KAM team can build a solid business on closed partnerships (f.i, price competitiveness, international coverage, among others)
Job Qualifications
* Bachelor/master’s degree in management, business administration, engineering, or marketing
* 5 years of business development experience at a leading e‑commerce business, software company, or services firm
* Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills
* Strong track record of engaging multiple international, demanding stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment
* Strong understanding of the German local marketplace landscape
* Proficiency in Office, particularly in Excel
* Fluency in German and English.

* Consumer goods background, ideally in the sports category.
* Complete technical, commercial, and operations background.
* Chinese knowledge would be a plus.
