We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive with a proven track record in selling to pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturers. In this role, you will drive adoption of our SaaS solution, Shiftconnector®, across the UK & Ireland. You will own this strategic region and help leading life sciences companies digitize shopfloor communication, shift handovers and daily operations. Your profile Experience At least 4 years of experiences selling complex SaaS / Enterprise solutions to B2B customers At least 4 years of sales experiences in the pharmaceutical and/or biotech industry, ideally with manufacturing operations or quality stakeholders (e.g. Production, Operations, QA/QC, Digital OT) Sales DNA You love hunting: identifying new opportunities, engaging senior stakeholders and closing deals You are comfortable with multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and value-based selling Skills & mindset Strong communication skills and a confident, credible presence with pharma decision-makers Excellent listening, discovery and presentation abilities Able to navigate GxP / regulated environments and speak the language of operations, quality and EHS is a plus Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus Location Ideally based in the UK or Ireland with willingness to travel regularly.
