As a key member of our People Function, you will play a vital role in supporting one global organization. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert support to warehouse employees and leaders, ensuring their interactions with HR result in a positive experience.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as a deep understanding of German labour law and HR principles. Experience in resolving employee relations issues and working with HRIS systems is highly desirable.
* Owning and investigating employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures, and partnering with other HR colleagues to resolve these matters.
* Working closely with warehouse leaders to support with absence and discipline cases.
* Collaborating with managers to develop and implement site engagement plans.
* Maintaining case trackers in Workday and driving timely action where necessary.
* Supporting employees with benefits, policy & procedure queries, and guiding and training them in HR systems and service delivery models.
* Coordinating the delivery of the HR Cycle, including hiring, onboarding, annual performance management, job moves, exit, etc.
* Implementing comprehensive communication plans to ensure all company and site updates reach associates through various channels.
* Ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness of various HR-related documents, including Employee Records, HR Policies & Procedures, Compliance Auditing, and Benefits & Compensation.
Requirements
* A strong knowledge of German labour law and a foundation in HR principles, practices, and legal compliance requirements.
* Experience in resolving employee relations issues.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
* Fluency in German and good level of English.
* Experience in Workday or other HRIS systems is an asset.
