A role for an Inside Sales Account Manager is available within a growing IT security team, focused on supporting sales operations, coordination, and account activity. Responsibilities:
* Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing products, obtaining pricing, and coordinating supply
* Prepare and manage customer quotes, offers, and order processes
* Act as a key liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams
* Support incoming customer requests and ensure smooth order fulfilment
* Assist with general sales and marketing activities as needed
* Maintain accurate records of quotes, orders, and communications
Skills/Must have:
* 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or account coordination
* Experience within the IT Security sector is highly desirable
* Familiarity with vendors such as Fortinet, Check Point, or similar is a strong advantage
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
* Native-level German and strong English language skills (for vendor communication)
