Support End-users with M365
Your key responsibilities include acting as a Level 2 support specialist, escalating complex incidents from Level 1 and providing daily reporting activities to the IT Support Coordinator. You will also support end-users in standard services, perform system monitoring, and maintain information systems components efficiency.
You must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, along with a minimum of 2 years' experience supporting and administering endpoints. Knowledge of the M365 suite, PowerShell scripting, and ITIL certification are highly desirable. Proficiency in French and English is required, with German and Luxembourgish being an asset.
