Planet Pharma are currently partnered with an exciting pharma company and we are actively seeking a Shift Supervisor Conjugation and Purification to join the business on a permanent basis.
* Oversee daily shift operations in the production of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), ensuring smooth and efficient workflows in conjugation, diafiltration, chromatography, and buffer preparation processes.
* Lead and manage the shift team, providing guidance, training, and support to pharmaceutical, chemical, and production technicians, fostering a collaborative and safety-focused work environment.
* Ensure adherence to all quality, safety, and regulatory standards during production activities, maintaining compliance with company and industry guidelines.
* Coordinate shift handovers and communicate effectively with other shifts and departments to maintain continuous and consistent production.
* Monitor and troubleshoot process deviations or equipment issues, collaborating with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime and maintain production targets.
* Maintain accurate and complete documentation of batch records, process parameters, and shift reports in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency, yield, and product quality within conjugation and purification processes.
* Communicate effectively in both German and English, ensuring clear reporting and documentation for multinational teams and stakeholders.
* Work flexible shift schedules, including nights and weekends, to support 24/7 production requirements.
