Job Title:
Estimator – Measurement Technician

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Estimator – Measurement Technician to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for accurately costing and estimating exterior locksmith projects in terms of costs and human resources.
You will play a key role in negotiating and optimizing prices while satisfying customers, producing feasibility studies, and providing precise project specifications.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Draw up public or private specifications
* Study bills of quantities and specifications
* Take measurements from plans and know how to take measurements
* Analyse and propose technical variants with a view to optimizing costs
* Calculate project costs
* Prepare project budgets for management by the Technical Department
* Negotiate prices and deadlines with suppliers

To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 10+ years experience in a similar position
* Knowledge of REYNAERS and SCHüCO ranges (advantageous)
* Knowledge of frame assembly and fitting techniques (advantageous)
* Knowledge of standard hardware systems
* Negotiating and accounting skills
* Plan reading skills
* Very good knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
* Compliance with safety rules and standards
* Clean and tidy work environment
* Autonomous, motivated, and organized individual
* Sociable and team player
* Language requirements: French, German (plus)
* Driving license required
