You will work closely with two Senior FP&A Business Partners and the Finance Director for GTM, learning the core principles of FP&A while contributing to real-world projects.Who we are at FP&AWe are a dynamic Financial Planning and Analysis team that enjoy solving the business challenges that come with rapid scaling. As we grow, our FP&A team is at the centre of driving smart, scalable decisions that shape Staffbase's future.Our role is to inform and influence some of Staffbase's most important business decisions by:Providing data driven insight and connection across functions, segmenting by time (quarter, year, multi-year), and among varying levels of data (Top down financial metrics to detailed operational plans)Linking that context directly to our business strategy and objectivesObjectively assessing the impact of the decision on the business and identifying risks/opportunities.What you'll be doingSupport monthly operational and financial reporting tasks, including month-end performance reporting and budget vs. actuals analysisHelp maintain our financial planning system (Workday Adaptive Planning), ensuring it reflects the latest business updatesAssist in building and improving financial models to support forecasting and budgeting cyclesPrepare data and reports for GTM and Finance leadership, helping drive insights for decision-makingCollaborate with stakeholders across multiple regions to ensure timely and accurate financial informationLearn best practices in financial analysis, planning processes, and SaaS business metricsWhat you need to be successfulCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme, ideally in business, finance, economics, or a related fieldStrong analytical and numerical skills, with an interest in data-driven decision-makingComfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and willing to learn financial systemsA proactive approach with curiosity to learn and contributeExcellent communication skills in EnglishWhat you'll getLearning Curve - as a Working Student at Staffbase, you'll be fully integrated to the team and gain valuable experiences that help you to foster your future career.
