The Role
You will work closely with senior consultants on projects that influence key strategic decisions for leading organisations. From day one, you will contribute to shaping solutions, conducting in-depth market and business analyses, and helping clients navigate critical growth and investment choices.
* Evaluating the potential of new products, technologies, or business initiatives
* Supporting decisions around market entry, partnerships, or acquisitions
* Assessing portfolios, pricing approaches, or R&D prioritisation
* Analysing industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform client strategies
This role offers early responsibility and exposure to client-facing work, with the chance to contribute to internal initiatives that drive the office’s growth and capabilities.
What We’re Looking For
* A Master’s degree (PhD is a plus)
* Some practical experience, such as internships or projects in consulting, strategy, or business analysis
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to turn data into actionable insights
* Confidence in communicating with stakeholders and presenting recommendations
* Highly organised, structured, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
* Collaborative, curious, and ready to thrive in a multicultural team environment
* Must be fluent in the German language (Required)
