Fostering a culture of continuous improvement through root causeanalysis, Standard Work, 5S, and Andon. Leading EU & DEprocess standardization and software rollouts. Coaching teams onLean and Project Management methodologies. Collaborating with theLeadership Steering Committee to prioritize and implementimprovement initiatives. Taking on leadership roles in coreoperations during peak periods. A day in the life You will work onone of our sites, ensuring it is as productive as possible. Yourmain task will be the complete governance of ongoing site changesand compliance; You ensure the site understands, accepts andimplements all changes from all global and EU initiatives and youare responsible for progress audits. You will report to the SiteManager and functionally to ACES for changes. About the team AmazonLogistics, or AMZL, handles last mile delivery duties inpartnership with third party distribution businesses. We utilisecreative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to getmillions of physical products into the hands of our customers. Ourgoal is to make our customers delivery experience as smooth aspossible and roll out global delivery solutions for our newestconcepts, like Amazon Fresh, Prime Now and Amazon Restaurants.There are two sides to what we do.
