The analyst works closely with project managers, developers, system administrators, and business users to ensure successful deployment and continual improvement of ServiceNow modules.Main ResponsibilitiesRequirement Gathering: Collaborate with business leaders, process owners, and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements. Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to understand current processes and pain points.Process Analysis and Optimization: Assess existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements leveraging ServiceNow capabilities. Map out current and future state processes, ensuring alignment with best practices.Solution Design: Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications. Work with ServiceNow architects and developers to design solutions that meet business needs while maintaining technical feasibility.Configuration and Customization: Support the configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Business Management (ITBM),Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate regular meetings, status updates, and presentations to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Develop test cases and scripts based on requirements. Coordinate and support UAT, ensuring that solutions meet user expectations and business objectives.Change Management: Assist in preparing change management materials including user guides, training content, and process documentation to facilitate smooth adoption of new ServiceNow functionalities.Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented ServiceNow solutions. Monitor system performance, handle user inquiries, and coordinate enhancements as needed.Reporting and Analytics: Design and implement dashboards, reports, and metrics to provide insights into process efficiency, service levels, and business outcomes.Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that ServiceNow implementations adhere to organizational compliance standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
