Description
* Create and harmonize material and process specifications
* Define material and manufacturing process selection lists according to program needs
* Plan, coordinate, and execute material, process, and part qualification campaigns
* Provide M&P support to engineering and manufacturing teams
* Support supplier audits, quality escapes, and obsolescence topics
* Contribute to work packages within development programs
* Support national and international R&T initiatives
* Deliver material solutions and associated data to airframe engineering disciplines
* Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and data traceability
Profile
* Master's degree or Diploma in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or comparable field
* Strong knowledge of aerospace composite materials and manufacturing technologies
* Experience in defining and executing test programs, including coordination with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
* Mandatory hands‑on experience in a laboratory environment
* Basic understanding of aircraft design and related requirements
* Advanced MS Office skills
* Google Workspace knowledge is mandatory
* German: fluent; English: negotiation level
