Ob Title: Process Associate – Escrow / Mortgage Operations
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Process Associate to support escrow and mortgage operations by assisting in the end-to-end handling of residential and commercial transactions. The role involves working closely with escrow officers to ensure timely and accurate completion of closing and post-closing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in opening and closing escrow files for residential and commercial transactions
* Review sales contracts and loan documents to ensure compliance at closing
* Coordinate with lenders, homeowners, HOAs, and utility companies to obtain payoff statements
* Collect and prepare required documentation for successful transaction closure
* Support post-closing activities including preparation of loan packages and dispatch to lenders
* Maintain closing ledgers and process disbursements as per instructions
* Initiate and support wire transactions, including approvals
* Prepare and organize documents for recording
* Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and process guidelines
Required Skills & Competencies:
* Basic understanding of escrow, mortgage, or title insurance processes
* Strong attention to detail and ability to handle documentation accurately
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage timelines and work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools
* Team player with a proactive approach
Preferred Technical Skills:
* Familiarity with tools like FAST, Salesforce, IntelliQuick, ResWare, Zendesk
* Knowledge of search tools such as DataTree, DataTrace, TitleFlex
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Exposure to mortgage and title insurance concepts is an added advantage
Educational Qualification & Experience:
* Minimum 13 years of formal education (Diploma / Graduate in Commerce, Arts, Business Administration)
* 0 to 2 years of experience (Freshers can also apply)
