We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a proven track record in qualifying leads and setting appointments in the software sales industry. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in our sales team by identifying potential customers, initiating contact, and nurturing relationships to drive revenue growth.
Location: Remote, hybrid, or in Landau in der Pfalz Your Tasks
Lead Qualification - Utilize various channels, including inbound inquiries, marketing campaigns, and targeted prospecting, to identify and qualify potential leads for the sales team. Employ persuasive and consultative selling techniques to educate prospects about our software solutions and generate interest in scheduling appointments
Relationship Building - Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospects throughout the sales process. Continuously engage with prospects to understand their evolving needs, answer their questions, address concerns, and provide relevant information to facilitate the sales cycle
CRM Management - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions, lead statuses, and relevant information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Ensure data integrity and use CRM reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement
Collaboration - Collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and product teams. Experience - Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role in software sales. Knowledge - Sound understanding of the software sales process, lead generation techniques, and qualification methodologies. Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and other sales enablement technologies
Communication Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German. Ability to articulate complex software concepts and value propositions clearly and concisely
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
Adaptability - Ability to adapt to evolving sales strategies, market dynamics, and product offerings. Chiara German i is your contact person.
