SupportRespond to customer inquiries via e-mail/ticketing system or
phoneProcess and monitor technical incidentsAdvise and support the
customer in consideration of functional requestsAssist the customer
in resolving 1st level issuesDispatch and track tickets for the 2nd
and 3rd level of supportFollow up on any customer issues requiring
additional researchDemonstrate the highest level of customer
service and professionalismParticipate in service improvement
initiatives and provide feedback on support workflowsWork
Organization:Shift structure: Start as early as 7 AM and end no
later than 9 PMOn-Call Duties: Night time (9 PM to 7 AM) and on
weekendsShifts and On-Calls are pre-scheduled and rotated among the
team members equallyJob requirements:Excellent communication skills
in German and English languages: Required for communication across
our international locations and customers from Germany.Previous
customer service-related experienceProactive and analytical
