Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for monitoring the quality of service business execution and process compliance, identifying and reporting service quality issues, major product quality issues, and other anomalies.
2. Responsible for collecting system issues, proposing process optimization suggestions, and supervising the implementation of optimization.
3. Responsible for coordinating service resources, identifying anomalies such as insufficient and unauthorized use of service resources, and coordinating resources across departments.
4. Responsible for building and managing customer service centers, monitoring customer feedback transmission and monitoring customer complaint handling.
5. Responsible for department construction, coordinating the construction and management of the department, including recruitment, training, selection and cultivation of personnel.
6. Other key tasks assigned by the headquarters and the superiors.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with professional background in Business Administration, Engineering Machinery, Mechanical Manufacturing, English, National Trade, etc.
2. Rich experience in after-sales service in the construction machinery industry, familiar with the construction of service supervision systems. Having experience as a service manager is preferred.
3. In addition to being proficient in the native language, one must be fluent in English or Chinese and possess good listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
4. Proficient in Microsoft software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
5. Identifying the corporate culture of ZOOMLION, strong communication and organizational skills, management abilities, clear logical thinking, strong data analysis and report writing abilities, and a high sense of responsibility.
