Be you.

As a Housekeeping Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for one of the most important departments in our hotel. Together with your team, you ensure that the hotel always presents itself at its very best. With your eye for detail and high quality standards, you create the foundation for outstanding guest experiences.

Your role – Quality, Organization & Responsibility
8. Overall responsibility for the Housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality
9. Plan, manage and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including external contractors
10. Ensure compliance with brand standards and internal quality guidelines and continuously improve them
11. Conduct inspections of guest rooms, VIP rooms and public areas to maintain an exceptional appearance
12. Manage resources efficiently and optimize operational processes
13. Work closely with other departments and the management team as a key interface within the hotel
14. Handle administrative tasks in the housekeeping office, including reporting and documentation
15. Coordinate maintenance activities, create repair requests and ensure proper follow-up
16. Manage lost & found processes according to internal procedures
17. Support onboarding of new employees and contribute to the development of your team
Be able.
18. Several years of experience in Housekeeping, ideally in a supervisory or managerial role
19. Strong attention to detail and high quality standards
20. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
21. High service orientation and sense of responsibility
22. Experience with external service providers is an advantage
23. Good command of German and English
