Job Title: Executive Assistant
This role involves providing specialist advice to clients across various areas of business law.
Scheduling meetings and conference calls, managing internal and external communication related to client portfolios, are key aspects of this position.
Daily record keeping, ensuring files are compliant with firm rules and standards, and maintaining the CRM database, are also essential responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will handle basic correspondence between lawyers, bailiffs, courts, and experts with ease.
To excel in this position, you should have excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritise work effectively.
Fluency in English and French is required, with native speaker level proficiency.
German or Luxembourgish language skills are highly regarded.
Highly proficient in MS Office and able to work autonomously and as a team player.
You must be able to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Qualifications:
* A degree in Office Management or International Administrative Management is necessary.
* At least 5 years of experience as an assistant or executive assistant in an international environment, ideally in the legal, advisory or financial sector is preferred.
* MS Office proficiency is highly recommended.
* Problem-solving skills and service-oriented mindset are also essential for success in this role.
