19. Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years
20. Ideally at least 3 years of functional or disciplinary leadership experience
21. Proven experience in network management within the freight forwarding industry
22. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
23. Strong intercultural competence
24. Ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a matrix setup
25. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
26. Proficient in MS Office and relevant digital tools
27. Willingness to travel for business, including at short notice
