Our mission at Evidentic is to improve global health by helping researchers accelerate their work. We do this by providing easy access to small amounts of clinical-grade reference drugs, helping the biosimilar and pharmaceutical industry speed up the development of new medications so that they reach patients faster. To strengthen our team on this mission, we’re looking for a full-time Content Marketing Manager to join us at our location in Potsdam!
Your Impact on our team:
Content Marketing & SEO :
You define topics for long-form content pieces such as white papers and blog posts based on the audiences we want to reach (pharma, biotech, CRO/CDMO, biosimilar companies).
You draft and publish the content pieces. You understand how to leverage an LLM effectively, balancing efficiency with an eye for quality and our tone of voice.
You ensure that the content pieces you create are SEO optimized.
E-mail Marketing :
You own the publication of our weekly newsletter including the definition and drafting of the content and publication via our email tool (Brevo).
You define and deliver email sequences that support the customer journey.
LinkedIn :
You define the content calendar for our company LinkedIn account and draft the weekly posts that go out.
You advise leadership on topics to post about each week, helping us position them as thought leaders.
Analytics & Alignment:
You track the impact of your work and proactively suggest improvements to our marketing efforts.
You align proactively with our Sales Manager, Operations team, and our external agency to ensure that marketing supports sales and best reflects the work of the company.
The Qualifications We’re Looking for:
You have a degree in the life sciences and a portfolio of long-form content pieces you’ve written on topics in the life sciences.
You have at least 3 years of experience working in a marketing position where you were responsible for content creation and email marketing .
You’re able to travel to conferences in the US and Europe 3-5 times per year.
You like LinkedIn and understand how to drive engagement with your posts.
You have a proactive working style and can work independently develop ideas and initiate new projects. You have a strong focus on results and a pragmatic approach .
You speak and write English at a C1 level. German is nice to have.
