What will you do? Lead and manage valuation, financial modelling, and transaction engagements, ensuring accuracy, objectivity, and compliance with professional standards.
Oversee financial due diligence projects, including quality of earnings, working capital, net debt, cash flow, and profitability analyses.
Conduct and review valuations (businesses, intangible assets, purchase price allocations, impairment testing) and develop complex financial models for strategic decision-making.
Advise clients on deal structuring, negotiation support, and SPA-related matters, highlighting key risks and opportunities. xniyctf
Support clients through the full M You hold a Bachelor and Master’s degree in Finance, Business or a related discipline; You display business acumen/commercial awareness and can identify business development opportunities; You are fluent in English.
