Our client is a leading company in the field of project management, client representation and engineering planning with over thousands of employees, for the company in Regensburg we are looking for an Architect (full-time position).
Qualifications and knowledge:
* Successfully completed degree in architecture or a comparable field of study
* At least 5 years of professional experience in project management and/or work planning
* Very good knowledge of Revit, ArchiCAD or AutoCAD
* Experience in the use of AVA software
* Assertiveness paired with entrepreneurial thinking and action
* High architectural design standards, high level of motivation, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
* Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
Duties and responsibilities:
* Design and planning of complex construction projects in work phases 1 to 9 according to HOAI
* Project management/supervision and execution of the respective projects
* Monitoring the awarding of construction contracts
* Schedule and cost management over the entire duration of the project
* Quality definition and monitoring
* Supporting and advising those involved in the project
* Preparation of working drawings and detailed plans
* Communication with clients, planners, authorities and companies
