About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Accounting Parent team as a Specialist in Financial Management and IT. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the interface with the IT department, which oversees the IT systems. Key responsibilities include:
1. Defining accounting specific requirements in collaboration with the IT department.
2. Serving as the primary contact for interfaces to other SAP and non-SAP systems.
3. Representing stakeholders in group companies (Germany, Sweden, US).
4. Maintaining central Chart of Accounts and reporting tools.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Economics or completed commercial training with corresponding further training as an Accountant. Several years of experience in Finance and Accounting are also required. Proficiency in Accounting according to IFRS and HGB is essential, as well as knowledge of SAP S/4HANA FI/CO. A high affinity for IT and ability to keep pace with technological advances is also necessary.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
* A degree in Economics or completed commercial training with corresponding further training as an Accountant.
* Several years of professional experience in Finance and Accounting.
* Knowledge of Accounting according to IFRS and HGB.
* Very good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA FI/CO.
* A high affinity for IT and ability to keep pace with technological advances.
* A high level of entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as problem-solving skills.
* Independent way of working, communication skills, and reliability.
* Fluency in German and English both written and verbal.
