What will you do?
* End-to-end MM process responsibility in contract bottling
You will ensure consistent, clean, and auditable processes between contract bottlers and our SAP S/4HANA.
* Control & stabilization of system integration
You will assume end-to-end responsibility for the integration chain: Bottler → BTP → SAP S/4HANA. This includes monitoring, analyzing, and troubleshooting interface errors (IDocs, APIs, mapping) as well as establishing stable monitoring and governance structures throughout the P2P environment.
* Data quality, automation & process optimization
You will ensure consistent movement, consumption, and inventory data and work closely with Finance, SCM, Production, and DataHub. At the same time, you will identify and realize automation potential for the sustainable stabilization of supply chain processes.
* Change requests, ticket management and partner management
You prioritize and manage MM and integration issues, coordinate external partners, and ensure that functional, technical, and procedural changes are implemented consistently.
* Partner management
You empower key users through clear documentation, process designs, and SOPs with the goal of building internal expertise.
What should you bring?
* Strong SAP MM expertise, including production, goods receipt, inventory, consumption, and pricing.
* “Purchase to Pay” isn’t just a buzzword to you - you know the IT process challenges in a complex supply chain.
* Experience with contract bottlers, manufacturing partners, or FMCG production.
* In-depth knowledge of interface processes (IDoc, BTP Integration Suite, APIs).
* Understanding of master data logic, inventory management, qualities, and deviation management.
* Ability to act in a structured and pragmatic manner when technical problems arise.
* Communication skills: Clear communication with bottlers, internally and externally. Basic German conversational skills are a plus.

* Entrepreneurial: You take initiative and push projects forward with a hands-on mindset.

* Location is Hamburg and a close proximity is essential as we get together at the office three times a week.
