Job Summary
Brand Trainer Team Lead
* Lead a team of Brand Trainers in the North East region, managing their engagement and development.
* Plan and optimize BT activities in your area based on seasonal priorities.
* Organize seasonal meetings to equip your team for each go-to-market strategy.
* Attend alignment meetings to share best practices with colleagues from other regions.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the team in fulfilling activity plans agreed with Categories and Commercial teams.
* Coordinate, engage, and develop your team to achieve goals.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and set goals to discuss competency development and actual performance.
* Develop training tools and materials to best equip your team.
* Review geographic coverage to efficiently support wholesale customers and Retail sales staff.
* Report on agreed KPIs, dashboards, and summaries, including market insights.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Over 3 years of experience in a similar position.
* Results-driven approach.
* Positive attitude, patience, and resilience.
* Strong learning and teaching skills.
* Focused mindset.
* Higher education or a degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or Business Administration.
