We are looking for a Senior SEA Manager (f/m/x) to join our B2C brand Autohero. You will be responsible for driving channel performance, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting the development of junior and midlevel team members to efficiently scale our customer base across Europe.

Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to structure high-performing campaigns tailored to the used car sales industry
Implement and refine feedback loops on user quality, leveraging data to improve lead quality and cost-efficiency
Analyze campaign performance using advanced data analysis, identifying actionable insights and growth opportunities
Collaborate closely with copywriting and product teams to develop compelling ad copy and app store content
Share best practices and mentor junior team members, supporting a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Experience with data-driven optimization and feedback loops to improve acquisition efficiency
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
Collaborative, proactive, and highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Fluent in English and proficiency in another European language (German, Spanish, French, Italian, etc.)
