Senior Counsel Labor Law Job Description
As a Senior Counsel Labor Law, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice to our HR departments, leadership, and board of directors. Your expertise in labor law will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise on individual and collective labor law matters, including employment contracts, restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions.
* Represent the company in labor law proceedings and negotiate agreements with employees and their representatives.
* Develop and implement labor law strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop policies and procedures related to labor law.
Requirements:
* Hold a law degree (Volljurist) and have completed a specialist training program in labor law.
* Have extensive knowledge of labor and company law, as well as experience in dealing with co-determination.
* Bring several years of experience in a comparable position within the Labor Law department.
* Excel in communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
