Responsibilities:
1. As part of our global service team, you will support the Oberwihl location in all issues that can only be solved locally
2. Your area of responsibility includes the office and production areas
3. Ensuring productivity at the site, supporting digitization on site, by phone and remote access
4. Working in a global solution team as part of our Corporate Service Desk (follow the sun) - with your expertise you can solve problems independent of the location
5. Development of the required expertise for global support (e.g network, server, Microsoft 365, access administration, output management)
6. Management of Incident reports, service requests, if necessary correct escalation to the next higher service level support
7. Support for local networks and infrastructure components as well as documentation of assets
8. Installation, maintenance and replacement of clients, printers, computer peripherals
9. Collaboration with colleagues from other teams and countries using modern tools

10. Experience in the field of helpdesk / service desk / IT user support of a manufacturing company
11. Strong analytical skills, strong communication and organizational skills
12. Good English and German language skills, written and verbal
13. Experience with LAN, WAN, Desktop PCs, applications and operating systems
Knowledge and Experience:
14. Enjoy a diverse work environment with local office and production clients
15. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Office packages (e.g. Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams)
16. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Networking and understanding of DHCP / DNS / WINS / TCPIP / GPO
17. Strong understanding of ITIL and IT service management processes as well as experience and joy in working with ticket systems
18. Basic knowledge of Windows Server systems and understanding of Active Directory and Azure Cloud
