We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join the Varjo Solutions and Integrations team in Munich, Germany, on a permanent basis. In this role, you will provide hands-on VR/XR expertise to support the sales team and assist customers with solution development and deployment. You will collaborate closely with end customers to address real-world challenges and work regularly with R&D and Technical Support teams. Your day could involve customer calls, troubleshooting technical issues, reporting them to R&D, onboarding new clients, or acting as a customer success manager to strategic clients. As part of Varjo's global team, which spans three countries, you will be primarily responsible for clients and partners in the DACH region and a few neighboring countries. While working independently in this region, you will stay connected to the global team and can expect up to 20% travel. Your role will involve both customer-facing and detailed internal engineering discussions, supporting strategic customer accounts in German and English.

Support sales and business development with technical depth in finding solutions for customer needs and requirements.
Join sales team members on calls and onsite demos to answer questions and support deep discovery, take detailed feedback from customers (issues, as well as feature requests), structure it and bring it up with the right people in the organization.
Help the customer to scope the technical requirements required to create a successful solution, including software integration, game engines and hardware compatibility.
Proactively address more complex support tickets to ensure customer satisfaction and create favourable conditions to further grow the Varjo business.
1+ years of experience working in 3D software’s such as Autodesk VRED, CATIA, 3Dexperience platform. Your professional background could be in 3D Animation/Artist or CAD Designer.
~ Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
~ Interest and experience in working with international customers and teams.
~ Hands-on experience working with VR and/or AR hardware is preferred.
