We are currently establishing a new legal entity in Rødby to operate our retail business on ferry routes as well as in border shops.
In the position of Workforce Planner (m/f/d), you will be based in Rødby and report directly to the Head of People & Culture.
As a Workforce Planner (m/f/d), you ensure efficient and legally compliant workforce and capacity planning and guarantee transparent time and attendance tracking as the basis for payroll and compliance. Through close collaboration with Sales, Payroll and People & Culture, you make a significant contribution to stable day‑to‑day operations.
In Particular, You Will
* create efficient, sales‑driven and legally compliant workforce and shift schedules, taking demand, availability and legal requirements into account
* ensure transparent and accurate time and absence data as a reliable basis for payroll, compliance and operational control
* act as the central point of contact for local workforce‑planning topics and work closely with colleagues from Sales, Payroll and People & Culture
* be responsible for short‑ and long‑term workforce and capacity planning based on forecasts, contracted hours, qualifications and seasonal fluctuations
* coordinate with employee representatives and managing vacation planning, absences and short‑term changes
* analyse staffing requirements, productivity and absence trends while continuously developing planning processes and tools
Preferred Profile
* completed commercial training or a comparable qualification; additional training in HR or workforce management is an advantage
* experience in workforce or personnel planning, ideally in a retail or commercial environment
* very good knowledge of time‑management, scheduling and workforce‑planning systems as well as a solid understanding of danish labour‑law requirements
* confident handling of MS Excel and data‑based analyses
* very good English and Danish skills; German is an advantage, along with strong communication, organisational and stakeholder‑management skills
