The Position We are seeking an accomplished and inspirational commercial leader to head our global Marketing team for early-stage brands within Obesity & Liver (OL) u2014 one of the most dynamic and transformative areas in healthcare today. As a key member of the Commercial Early Brand Team, you will shape the global Marketing strategy for innovative assets across the OL portfolio, working in close partnership with global, regional, and affiliate stakeholders. Many of these indications represent new disease frontiers, offering a rare opportunity to define markets, influence standards of care, and deliver meaningful impact for patients worldwide. Tasks & responsibilities Develop and evolve global commercial strategies and tactics to maximize asset potential and long-term value. Define compelling value propositions and guide integrated marketing strategy execution. Collaborate with Medical Affairs and Market Access teams to ensure cohesive, end-to-end asset leadership across development and launch. Represent patient and customer perspectives to ensure stakeholder needs are integrated into asset strategies. Integrate clinical data, Real World Evidence (RWE), health economics, and customer insights to build strong asset value narratives. Lead the creation and communication of Integrated Brand Plans, including strategic and tactical components. Guide affiliates local asset planning, execution, and competitor insight generation. Oversee brand launch readiness, execution, and performance tracking against defined milestones and KPIs. Ensure alignment, collaboration, and timely delivery across commercial functions, including Customer Insights, Forecasting, Communications, and Sales. Inspire matrix teams to operate cohesively behind an aligned commercial strategy. Requirements Proven people leader with experience building and leading high performing, collaborative teams Strong strategic foresight, adaptability, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable operating and influencing at senior levels internally and externally Demonstrated success in Obesity brand commercialization (required) Experience at global, regional, and/or majoru2011market level preferred, with strong understanding of global healthcare systems (US, EU, Japan, China) Experience with Realu2011World Evidence (RWE) generation is a strong advantage Exceptional communication and presentation skills (oral and written) Strong analytical capability, including budget ownership and financial acumen Broad commercial leadership across functions, including areas outside direct expertise Fluency in English Ready to contact us?
