To support accelerated organic growth, margin expansion and successful post‑merger integration, we are establishing a Group Operations platform that enables regions, standardises where it creates value and governs where consistency is essential. The VP Operations plays a central role in architecting and driving this transformation. The Role What success looks like: Within 12–24 months, the VP Operations will have established a harmonised delivery model, a scalable services catalogue with Communardo IP, and a predictable operational governance cadence. Success is measured by faster PMI execution, improved utilisation and margin, standardised delivery quality, transparent KPIs, and a delivery engine capable of supporting enterprise growth, recurring revenue and AI‑infused service models.
