Key Responsibilities: HR IT Landscape Architecture & Strategy: Design and implement a global HR IT landscape, leveraging SAP technologies like SuccessFactors and SAP HCM, as well as non-SAP solutions. Ensure our HR IT landscape remains state-of-the-art through ongoing innovation and optimization. Conduct thorough analyses to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic action plans. Provide expert consulting and implementation support for complex cross-tool use cases. Integration: Develop sophisticated integration concepts and detailed documentation for cross-application interfaces. Oversee and contribute to the realization of interfaces, ensuring seamless integration. Monitor interface performance and operations, addressing any issues promptly. Stakeholder Management & Networking: Establish and maintain high-level exchanges with regional offices and HR Solutions teams. Cultivate strong professional relationships to facilitate effective collaboration and problem-solving.
