Aufgaben
1. User Research: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions and improve product experiences.
2. Design Systems: Create and maintain comprehensive design systems, ensuring consistency across products and platforms.
3. UI Design: Develop visually appealing and functional user interfaces, from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes
4. UX Strategy: Define user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns that enhance user experience.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of design solutions.
6. Prototyping: Create low and high-fidelity prototypes to define the vision and execution of solving real user problems for our international customer base.
7. Design Innovation: Stay updated with UX trends and best practices, bringing innovative solutions to our projects.
Profil
8. Experience: At least 5 years in UI/UX design roles working with complex digital products, such as business intelligence platforms, supply chain management systems, financial applications, and enterprise SaaS applications. A strong portfolio showcasing your work and problem-solving approach is required.
9. Design Skills: Proven experience across all design phases, including conducting user research, developing prototypes, crafting visual designs, and conducting usability testing.
10. Analytical Skills: A practical understanding of the impact of design on product metrics and user behavior, illustrated through case studies.
11. Technical Skills: Proficient in Figma. Experience with collaborative and workflow management tools such as Miro and Jira.
12. Development Understanding: Basic understanding of web development technology such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and the technical constraints of web and mobile development.
13. Independent: Confident in managing your workload and projects autonomously in a remote setting.
14. Proactive: Take initiative to identify opportunities, solve problems, and deliver results without waiting for direction.
15. Organized: Skilled at prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining focus in a self-driven environment.
16. Working Environment: Experienced in a dynamic, product- and customer-oriented environment working on multiple projects. Ideally experience in startups or tech companies.
