We invite applications for a 75% Research Associate position (TV-L E13 equivalent) combined with the opportunity to pursue a doctoral degree within a cooperative doctoral framework with the University of Bamberg.
The doctoral project is thematically embedded in the field of Innovation Leadership, with a specific research focus on International Market Expansion (India and global markets). The PhD topic is directly linked to the practical and research-related responsibilities of the position.
ResponsibilitiesDevelopment and analysis of international market entry strategies (focus on India and global markets)Collaboration with corporate partners in business development and internationalization projectsConceptual support and research integration within MBA-related projectsSystematic innovation monitoring and development of a research-based market intelligence frameworkContribution to the academic development of Executive Education formatsDoctoral QualificationThe position serves the purpose of academic qualification (PhD). Degrees awardedPhD (University Bamberg) & Diploma of European Innovation (AME - ECH)

SalaryThe position is remunerated in reference to approximately 75% TV-L E13. In the first year, the fixed salary is EUR3,000 per month.
ProfileExcellent Master's degree (e.g., in Business, Innovation, Management, or a related discipline)Strong interest in international market development and innovation researchStrong analytical skills and motivation for academic researchVery good command of EnglishApplicationApplicants must hold a completed university degree (Bachelor and Master or equivalent) corresponding to at least 300 ECTS credits in total.
