**Job Title:** Process Governance Manager
**About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Governance Manager to join our team. As a Process Governance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our sites function perfectly to meet the demands of our customers.
You will lead process improvement projects, engage stakeholders, and align goals to drive productivity across our network. Your main task will be the complete governance of ongoing site changes and compliance; You ensure the site understands, accepts and implements all changes from all global and EU initiatives and you are responsible for progress audits.
The successful candidate will have experience in quality management and process optimization, ideally in manufacturing, production, or logistics setting. They will also have significant experience using data or stories to influence business decision-making and a fluent command of English and German.
The ideal candidate will have a degree and relevant experience working with Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques. They will also have experience working in another logistics environment and relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
