Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a high level of service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
* Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
* Provide accurate information about products and services
* Maintain customer records and update account information
* Work closely with internal teams to improve customer experience
Requirements:
* Fluent in French (English is a plus)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems preferred)
* Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
