We are currently looking for the right person to join our Embedded Data Processing & Algorithms Department as a :Senior Software Engineer (m / f)Located in Bissen / LuxembourgResponsibilitiesCreate high-level distributed system architecture aligning with business requirements and technical constraintsProvide technical guidance and leadership to development teams, ensuring that architectural standards and best practices are followedCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that the architecture meets both functional and non-functional requirementsProduce and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation (diagrams, design specifications, technical guidelines)Conduct code reviews to ensure that the implementation aligns with the architectural vision and adheres to quality standardsIdentify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them, ensuring the robustness and reliability of the softwareEnsure that the architecture supports optimal performance, scalability, and maintainability of the software systemWork closely with other architects, developers, testers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration and delivery of the softwareEnsuring that the software architecture supports high-quality standards, including security, reliability, and usabilityQualificationsMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or equivalentWorking experience with :Software Defined Vehicle concept (including HPC and Hypervisor)AUTOSAR (Classic / Adaptive)Object Oriented Analysis and DesignUML diagramsDesign PatternsStrong analytical skills to identify and resolve architectural issues and make decisions that balance technical and business needsKnowledge in the following areas is considered an asset :C, C++, C#, Java, PythonEmbedded Software DevelopmentMicro-controller hardware and peripheralsRequirement managing tools (DOORS)Automotive processes and quality standards (SPICE, ASIL, HIS, MISRA)Model Driven Development and MathWorks, MATLAB, Simulink or similarExcellent communication, analytical and team working skillsFluency in English (spoken and written); German or French is considered an assetWhy would you want to work with us?At IEE we’re dynamic, motivated, and solution-oriented.
