Are you an experienced monetisation expert ready to lead LiveOps strategy for one of the world’s top-performing casual mobile games studios?
A leading European games developer is looking for a Senior or Lead Monetisation Manager to take ownership of the daily player journey across its story-driven free-to-play titles. Based in Berlin (with flexible hybrid working), this is an opportunity to shape the monetisation roadmap and unify cross-functional teams behind a clear, player-first commercial vision.
What you'll be doing:
* Define and own the daily and monthly monetisation calendar - establishing the story, goal, and optimal path to get players there
* Create engaging player experiences through LiveOps storytelling, compelling value propositions, and personalised offers
* Use player segmentation, behavioural data, and KPIs to manage funnels and deliver strategic impact
* Act as the link between product, design, art, marketing, CRM, and community to ensure cohesive player communication and content
* Direct and align internal teams on LiveOps execution-from features to visual assets to messaging
* Continuously monitor performance and behaviour to iterate on the monetisation strategy
* Advocate for change, clarity, and commercial focus across the studio
What we're looking for:
* Significant experience leading monetisation or LiveOps in free-to-play mobile games
* A strong mix of strategy and execution-you can shape the vision and deliver the details
* Ability to align teams across disciplines and influence decision-making
* Commercially minded, with data-driven thinking and a deep understanding of player motivation
* Confident communicator with the ability to simplify complexity and bring clarity to daily workflows
* Passion for storytelling, player experience, and creative problem-solving
