As an intern / working student (m/f/d) in the recruiting team you will gain multifaceted insights into the HR world of an international company. With us, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a small team at eye level and become part of the Gebr. Heinemann family.
In your daily work you will
* take responsibility, as you will be the first point of contact for our international applicants
* support the operational day-to-day business and influence it with your sense for new recruiting trends
* expand our candidate pool by creating job postings and publishing them on various portals
* act as the main interface for our recruiters, ensuring a smooth application process and assisting with interviews where necessary.
* support the Entry Programs Team in recruiting for entry-level positions
* actively shape and develop the framework for our working students and interns
Preferred Profile
* Current studies in the field of business administration, psychology, human resources or something comparable
* First practical work experience, preferably in the field of HR/Recruiting, as well as secure MS-Office skills, SAP skills are an advantage
* Fluent German and English language skills
* The motivation to contribute to a dynamic working environment and to gain insights into the HR world of a complex company
* Independent and structured way of working combined with an eye for detail
