Job Title: Global Talent Strategist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Talent Strategist to join our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to lead our global talent management team and drive organizational growth through innovative people initiatives.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing strategic plans that deliver business results. They will be responsible for leading a team of senior managers and providing strategic direction to enable them to deliver impactful talent initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
* Define and execute a global talent management strategy aligned with business objectives and long-term priorities
* Lead and mentor a team of senior managers, providing guidance and support to deliver impactful talent initiatives
* Own and manage end-to-end responsibility for global talent management projects, focusing on performance management, stakeholder engagement, and executive-level communication
* Drive innovation in talent practices, leveraging data insights, industry benchmarks, and best practices to shape scalable and future-oriented solutions
* Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance on succession planning, leadership development, and organizational capability building
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 10+ years of relevant professional experience in talent management, learning & development, or HR strategy in an international environment
* Proven leadership experience, including managing and developing managers in complex organizations
* Strong expertise in talent strategy, program design, and global project management, ideally with exposure to diagnostic tools and executive development
* Ability to communicate with confidence and impact at C-level, combined with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Strategic, data-driven mindset with a track record of driving innovation and measurable impact in talent management
* Fluent in English
