* People Management
* Accountable for the technical guidance of the assigned team
* Oversees team member’s work regarding the quality and results
* Communicates the strategy
* Makes decision on hiring, as well as on disciplinary actions and terminations
* Establishes performance reviews and conversations and decides on training measures
* Performs salary and bonus planning
* Sales, Earnings and Customer Care
* Supports the budget planning process by delivering relevant numbers and plans for the area
* Communicates key figures and assigns targets
* Monitors and reports key figures / ensures information flow
* Decides on actions for deviations from plan
* Cooperates with the local sales manager in acquiring new customers and participating in sales events or trade fairs
* Ensures customer care and implements suitable measures
* Handles escalated complaints
And other duties as assigned.
Experience & Further Qualifications
3-5 years of professional experience in related area
