Tasks & responsibilities You will take responsibility for the development of innovative NCE drug products, guiding them from early formulations to final processes, including clinical trial material manufacturing and packaging development activities. As a key member of our team, you will represent Pharmaceutical Development (PD) in cross-functional project teams. In your role, you will work according to pre-defined Quality Target Product Profiles (QTPP) and global regulatory requirements. You will organize our lab units by taking over defined work and organizational tasks. Your expertise will enable you to characterize formulations and packaging materials using traditional pharmaceutical analytical methods and advanced technologies. Working within a matrix structure, you will support a diverse range of projects and dosage forms. You will actively mentor and support junior scientists, helping them grow in their current roles. Requirements PhD, Master in Life or Chemical Sciences, Pharmacy or Technology, Pharmacist or Chemist with few years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical product development Few years of experience and expertise in a pharmaceutical R&D or comparable environment Experience in NCE Drug Product development of multiple dosage forms, and related areas such as Manufacturing, Analytics, and Regulatory Affairs Knowledge about relevant guidelines/regulations Strong ability to collaborate within teams and think cross-functionally Independent thinker, planner, and executer of experimental, analytical, or manufacturing activities Problem solving skills and strong in data analytics Fluent in English and German Willingness to travel internationally Proven track record of successfully developing products.
